It's our consciousness which tells us how to act and react. The more conscious we are - the more we are able to treat ourselves and others with respect - and give love, peace and freedom to each other.
It's too easy to live through others, through situations in our surroundings and be influenced by what we read and hear - but our life is within.
How do we use the planet we're living on? Do we appreciate the abundance Mother Earth gives us? Are we aware of the abundance - or do we live as it's a matter of course?
How far will it go in exploiting our earth before the earth has to act to save itself? Isn't it a self-regulative force of the nature that one day will oppose against exploitation?
Are we conscious about what we are doing to ourselves and others - if we are - don't we have the power to choose what we are doing?
Is it a reality behind our physical reality? The spiritual reality is probably stronger than we're aware of - and how important is our personal ego in our present physical life compared to what we really are?
Each and one of us affects other people and our surroundings. It's up to every person to choose what kind of influence he/she does - it's a responsibility to be aware of.
The power of love is a strong force which guides us in what we're doing.
It's a good feeling to know that someone loves you.
To be in love makes you discover more than before. It's a wonderful journey.
To believe in love gives an extra edge to life.
Everyone can sometimes be tempted to give advices - but to be a good listener can give more help and release than any well-intended advice.
It's nothing wrong feeling weak now and then - it's how to handle it.
Once upon a time ... there was a movement called the Hippies. It gave a strong impact on many people in the world - made possibilities for new philosophies to arise - and new movements came to light with love, peace and freedom as their purpose.
To sum up past may give good or bad conscience. A view of the past may give reflections which can settle acknowledgment and 'structure' for present and future.
Thoughts and reflections are sometimes in a relaxed state when the night has been used to work. It's like a kind of overview fall into right place - an overview which may give peace in mind - like after a long run we can rest.
Our worst enemy is ourselves. The fight inside leads us to act the way we do. It's a great relief to put the fight, and its warrior, to rest.
Life has its ups and downs. It's easy when the ups floats like exciting waves or safe warmth through heart and mind - but the downs will come, as a part of life - then it's good to let it come, stay in it, experience its contents, until it loosen its grip and disappears.
Brainwash is a gloomy story of humankind. Religions and fanatics have used it, and still use it, as a part of their way to get power.
The poem tells about how a mind can be twisted and be led into devastating actions; for instance; suicide bombing or other ways of violence against one self and others. The reason is brainwash from sick and ignorant people who are able to make the mind of a person sick and blind of ignorance.
How we are is up to us, but our childhood governs us if we don't make up with patterns which influence us in a devastating way. If we want to change we have to clean out what we don't like from the past. Shall our wounds from past guide us - or shall we be guided by our present consciousness? - We can choose who and what we want to be today.
To walk about with deep wounds can make us act in ways we don't want.
The life has many difficult tasks, and it can be difficult to understand why it sometimes is so hard to achieve what we want. The life is maybe something else - than we thought? Why so much struggle?
It's easy to be blind for what's outside our own little personal world - blind for how we believe our life functions. We're clever to often find confirmations of what we believe is right and wrong.
To be followed by a shadow of failure and accidents may seem ridiculous, and humourous - when we look at it from outside - but it's not ridiculous for the one it concerns.
Small, but important, 'things' in life are forcing us - time and again.
