I paint landscapes and surrealism. I feel strongly for mastering landscapes in my surrealistic expression. I want to manage to copy the physical reality when I express ideas from my subconsciousness. - Sometimes I mix the physical reality with forms from my imaginary nature, and sometimes I let my imagination flows without intentions of stopping whatever comes.
Surrealism is to channelize from the subconsciousness; from the reality beyond our physical life. We're controlled by the mechanisms in our inner world. Whatever we do, feel and think start from a deeper level inside of us. We behave in relation to who we are, what we think we are, who and what we have been taught to be. By expressing what we want, without censoring, we learn to know ourselves step by step, and are able to come behind our patterns we have copied from our childhood - to a closer contact with our real self - to a closer contact with our soul.
To work with art is to explore and study ourselves and what the life is about. Through ourselves we can understand others and we can reach insights into the mystery of life.

In 1994 I drove about in my little Fiat in south Norway, visiting psychic and mediumistic people I should interview. I had made appointments and was expected. I worked as a free-lance journalist. - The 30th of June I had an interview with a woman in Drammen, a town 40 km west of the capital Oslo. She was a medium and healer. - When I was finished with the interview and was about to leave, she stopped me and told that she had got a message from her guide before I arrived. Her spiritual guide had told her that I had to start to paint guides. I was astonished. Me? Painting guides? Work as a psychic and/or medium? Was she joking? From other psychics I had heard that I had good psychic abilities, but .......
When I drove my car back to Oslo I remembered the dream I had the night before. It was a dream that gave me a sign what would happen when I met this strange woman. In the dream I had fallen into a black hole and I was scared into my bones. I wakened, sat up in the bed dripping wet of sweat. I knew it was a beginning of something new, a transformation.
Two days later I started to paint my first guide and began to work as a psychic artist.
